Many successful executives who were successful at the end of their career were asked how they achieved their career and development goals. Internal Coaching and Benefits for Coaches

According to the 2009 International Coach Federation (ICF) Global Coaching Client Study, companies that use or have used professional coaching for business reasons have seen a median return on investment of seven times their initial investment.
