Gözde Imamoglu: “Welcome to HR Experience!”

I am a strong believer in the saying, “Where there is a will, there is a way”. With this in mind, I moved abroad to follow the changing form of HR in a global business environment, gain more experiences in multicultural teams and keep my knowledge up-to-date by associating myself with people and technology.

I am a native of Turkey, have lived in four countries and speak Turkish, English, German and Dutch. As a professional in Learning & Development, my ambition is to facilitate and deliver best possible blend of learning solutions and to secure up-to-date competences for a growing organization.

For the past few years I have been working for a number of companies in international environments, successfully managing projects in the full HR development cycle. I also completed a Master of Science degree in International Management from the Steinbeis University in Germany.

My co-creative approach to work focuses on understanding the business needs and supporting stakeholders in the delivery of their goals with cost-effective solutions.

I started to share my professional experience and knowledge on my blog “HR Experience” more than one year ago because I believe that there is still something to write, share and learn from it.
