Starting your career as a HR Developer

I came up with a question today. Why do I really like to work as a Human Resources Developer? Because, day by day I understand the importance of HR more. I try to see the big picture within the business. Doesn’t HR have this role to meet the challenges?

First of all, whatever we do in HR development applies to the company strategy. When something changes in the organizational structure, our products and programs change as well. However, strategic development of the employees keeps its main point at each process. We think that, we help them to meet the specific job career requirements and develop their personal competences. Secondly, we nominate our talents, the high performers and potentials. By doing this, we know, which skills our employees have and how we should develop and reward them.

Furthermore, the most valuable part from my point of view is to get to know some rewarding contacts from all over the world. Networking means meeting colleagues with whom, you follow the same guiding principles, listening their experiences, and sharing interesting stories with the others
I experience that HR Development is more than just training your employees. It is more about creating development tools and being open to changes. If you can stir this culture, organisation and HR unit will both grow efficiently.
